As part of the COVID-19 coronavirus response, the township parks will NOT be opening on April 1, 2020. Updated information will be posted as available.
The township cares for two beautiful parks, which are ideal for reunions, family get-togethers, anniversaries, and other outdoor activities. Both parks have a pavilion, bathrooms, ball fields, river access with canoe launch, and play equipment for children of all ages.
Heritage Park has its entrance behind the Township Hall. It has an artesian well, walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball pit, fire pit, and horse shoes. There are two 20 amp circuits at Heritage Park.
Looking Glass Valley Park is located next to the Wacousta Cemetery and is visible from Wacousta Road. It has a volleyball pit and basketball court. There is one 20 amp circuit at Looking Glass Valley Park.
